JURUTERA PERUNDING WAHBA SDN BHD (widely known as WAHBA) is a wholly Malaysian-owned Bumiputera Consultancy Engineering firm, established in Kuching in December 1990. The firm is registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia to practice as Consulting Engineers in the Civil and Structural Engineering Discipline. It is also a panel member of the Association of Consulting Engineers, Malaysia. The firm is registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia, Pendaftaran Kontraktor Negeri, State Planning Authority, Jabatan Kerja Raya Sarawak, Jabatan Pengairan Dan Saliran Sarawak, Ministry of Industrial Development, Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Utara, Majlis Bandaraya Kuching Selatan, Petronas, MIDF Property Berhad and Pesuruhjaya Perlindungan Data Peribadi amongst others.

WAHBA was awarded the ISO 9001: 2000 Management System Certification by Det Norske Veritas (DNV) on the Provision for Design, Project Management and Administration of Civil and Structural Engineering Works on 8 December 2001. The Company updated its quality management system framework on 14 February 2017 in accordance to ISO 9001: 2015 standard for managing all its core business processes in design development and services to ensure that Clients’ needs and expectations are met.

Our fields of specialization include the design and construction supervision of roads and bridges, buildings, infrastructural works, marine engineering, port and harbour works, airport, water supply, environmental engineering, geotechnical works, slope stabilization study and rehabilitation of existing structures. We are also involved in feasibility study, project and construction management and strategic economic masterplan study.
